It's made to order, processing time is about 7 to 10 days usually, but sometimes it might take longer or shorter than that.

When purchasing this Jie was very open about the shipment process and ensuring I got the details I needed/wanted, shipping took about 4 days extra do to a holiday (totally reasonable) and the product is very high quality. The only thing I somewhat dislike is that the black detailing is only on one side of the bigger pendant however this isn't an issue as it will be facing your clothing.

Honestly, the customer service is wonderful, Jie kept on contact with me with the delivery, and talked out some problems along with the delivery status and made sure that i got the information that i needed, it took long and all but Jie made sure that it was on its way, end of the day it was really worth it even if it takes a while and delays, The item is really well made and i do highly recommend it.
